Meet The Owner
Jessica Whitehurst Harrell, is the proud owner of W. H. Construction Asphalt & Concrete, LLC. She is a 2nd generation owner of an asphalt and concrete company. Members of her family have been in this industry for nearly 50 years so it’s only fitting for Jessica to follow in her father’s, Marshall Whitehurst Jr, footsteps.
Jessica actively spends her workday meeting with contractors, overseeing job sites, providing estimates, managing office responsibilities, and all other day to day operations of the business.
When she’s not working she can be found enjoying the great outdoors with her husband Macon, volunteering as a board member for the Distinguished Young Women of Martin County program, supporting local high school games, and spending time with family at the lake
